The short version. Dwello is a free game for learning about property investing. It isn't advice. Play fair, keep your password safe, and remember that the money, properties and Restova are all make-believe.

These terms apply to dwello.com.au, the Dwello game and the Restova demonstration site ("Dwello", "we", "us"). By using Dwello or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. A game, not advice

Dwello is an educational simulation. It uses real rules and indicative figures, such as stamp duty, tax rates and lending tests, but its prices, rents, growth and events are simulated and simplified. Nothing in Dwello is financial, investment, tax, credit or legal advice, and it doesn't take your personal circumstances into account. Dwello is not a licensed financial services or credit provider. Before making real decisions, speak to a licensed professional.

2. Fictional content

Listings, addresses, agencies, agents (other than clearly labelled real advertisers), mentors and events in the game are fictional. Property photos are illustrative. Restova is a fictional short-stay platform inside the game: it doesn't offer accommodation, take bookings or collect payments.

3. Your account

Give a real email address you can access, and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Usernames must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate anyone else. We may change or remove a username that breaks this rule.
You can stop using Dwello at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our privacy policy).

4. Fair use

Don't misuse Dwello: for example, by trying to access other players' data, interfering with the site or its security, sending automated or fake traffic (including fake ad views or clicks), or copying the game to offer it elsewhere. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

5. Sponsored content

Dwello shows a small number of clearly labelled sponsored messages. Sponsors are responsible for their own products, services and claims. A sponsored message isn't a recommendation from us, and sponsors can't change how the game calculates results.

6. Our content

The Dwello game, its design, text, graphics and the Dwello and Restova names and logos belong to us. You may use Dwello for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or republish it without our permission.

7. Availability

Dwello is provided free, and we'll do our best to keep it running and your saved games safe. We may change features, reset or rebalance the game, or pause the service. We can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of Dwello, including any decision you make in real life based on the game.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update them, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email hello@dwello.com.au.
